Keeping a group of 34 architects engaged throughout the tour was no mean feat but even those who had been to Amsterdam before learnt a lot. Both the content and length of the guided tour though Central Station were just what we wanted. Alex was very knowledgeable and did a very good job.

With architects from Finland we have done the Manhattan at the IJ experience four times in 2018. The information Alex gives as a architectural historian is really usefull for these architects. They like the combination of the new and old architecture. During the excursion there is also time for the architects to meet each other and to have lunch aboard. That the roof of the boat can open very quickly is great.

Our company used Architectuur Tours to organize a tour for twenty (20) U.S. education architects to see school designs in Amsterdam. Alex quickly picked up on the tour intent and made arrangements for the group to see appropriate school/building types along with lectures from the project design architects. He also lead the group on a canal tour and his knowledge of the city and architecture became evident. His sense of humor and ability to engage with people made the tour a success.
